Studying Naturopathic Nutrition with the College of Naturopathic Medicine (Dip), Sarah is a believer in a personalised approach to nutritional therapy. Applying in-depth analysis of health history and the body’s systems, she seeks to identify potential causes of ill health and nutritional balances to design individualised plans, which aim to address the root cause of your symptoms.
As a keen long distance runner and triathlete in her spare time, she also coaches a number athletes who are running at a competitive level on nutrition. When she’s not running or consulting, she’s in the kitchen cooking and loves to share her recipes with clients to keep them inspired.
