Admin Vacancies 2021

Administrator/Receptionist Role

An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced, friendly and motivated Administrator/Receptionist, who is looking for part-time hours, to join our team at our Comely Bank Clinic in July 2021.

This is a position for approximately 25 hours per week, although this may be increased over time. Candidates must be flexible to working hours to link in with the rest of the team.

General overview

This is a long-term position and candidates must be keen to develop an interest in the business and brand and its future development.

Edinburgh Sports + Spinal Physiotherapy has been steadily growing with a team of seven therapists and one financial coordinator.

This will be an employed position with statuary holidays included. An hourly rate can be negotiated but will depend on experience.

Description of the role

The primary role of the administration team is to liaise and communicate with patients, face-to-face, by phone and/or email. This will involve providing relevant information and helping them find a suitable appointment. Providing excellent customer service and creating rapport with patients, as well as being able to answer any general questions, will be an essential part of the job.

The admin team must also liaise closely with our financial coordinator and specialist physiotherapy team, to assist them when necessary and to ensure the smooth running of the clinic.

The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills, work effectively under pressure and be able to adapt to a fast-moving and changeable environment.

Attention to detail and being able to problem solve are two further requirements for this role.

Training will be provided for the successful applicant.
