Brian is a passionate and versatile physiotherapist with a strong foundation in sports, exercise, and rehabilitation. A former collegiate sprinter, Brian has a keen eye for gait and running mechanics. He values relaxation and nervous system balance in recovery, drawing from experience in therapeutic Tai Chi and using massage and manual techniques. Outside of work, he’s an avid dancer, skater, slackliner, sailor, swimmer, and lifelong adventurer.
He holds a BSc in Sports and Exercise Science from the University of Limerick, an MSc in Exercise Science from Northern Michigan University—where he worked with collegiate athletes, cardiac rehab patients, and coached soccer—and an MSc in Pre-reg Physiotherapy from Queen Margaret University, graduating in 2018.
Brian has worked with a range of clients from high-level athletes—including ex-Lions and world champions—to children and older adults. His holistic, biomechanics-informed approach blends sports science, manual therapy and movement retraining, emphasising efficient, enjoyable and fearless performance.
