Clíodhna is a friendly and approachable physiotherapist at Edinburgh Sports and Spinal Physiotherapy, who is passionate about helping people move better, feel stronger, and get back to doing the things they love. Whether you’re recovering from an injury, managing persistent pain, or aiming to improve your performance, she takes the time to understand your goals and works alongside you to create a treatment plan that’s tailored to your needs.
Based across our Comely Bank and Lauriston Place clinics, Clíodhna holds an MSc in Physiotherapy from Queen Margaret University and previously studied at the University of Limerick in Ireland. With a competitive background in GAA Handball and a passion for endurance sport, she enjoys competing in Hyrox and triathlon events, giving her first-hand insight into the demands of training and recovery. She also holds a qualification in Sports Massage Therapy, combining thorough assessment, hands-on treatment, and personalised rehabilitation to help adults and children return to sport, work, and everyday life with confidence at Edinburgh Sports and Spinal Physiotherapy.
