Sports Massage Therapist + Personal Trainer
Nelson is a Sports Massage Therapist and Personal Trainer who enjoys helping people move better, get stronger and feel more confident in their bodies. Having experienced a significant hamstring injury during his own football career, he understands the frustration of injury and the importance of the right guidance throughout recovery.
Nelson takes an evidence-based and individual approach to his sports massage patients and personal training clients. He helps people build strength, improve movement and develop sustainable habits. He works with people of all ages and abilities, from those new to exercise to experienced athletes looking to improve performance or return to activity following injury.
Nelson holds a First Class Honours degree in Physical Activity and Health and is a Level 4 Personal Trainer. He is also currently completing a Master’s degree in Physiotherapy in Edinburgh, further developing his knowledge of injury, rehabilitation and performance.
Outside of work, Nelson enjoys climbing, strength training and running and is always keen to keep developing his knowledge in physiotherapy and sports performance.
Rosie has particular experience supporting clients who are new to exercise, returning postpartum, or preparing for events, ensuring treatments are aligned with their wider training goals. Rosie is passionate about helping people move better, feel stronger, and stay active long term, combining practical advice with high-quality, focused hands-on therapy.
